I know I thanked you over the phone the other day but I did want to put in writing the absolutely superb effort of yourself and your staff. The food was impeccable – including amongst the very fussy eaters in the crowd – and the service was far over and above what I expected. So many of our guests this week have commented on how delicious the food was and how truly delightful all the waitstaff were and you, personally, dealt with the challenges of my oven with so much professionalism and grace – much appreciated! And, if that was not enough, you dealt with my fussy little detailed requests before the wedding with the same professionalism and grace and executed perfectly on the day.

Without question Elle, you and your team were an enormous part of why we were just so thrilled with how the day turned out. We would not hesitate to use MoreISH Catering for another function and I suspect a large part of our guest list feels the same.

Hi Elle,

Well this has taken me a while, I must say!!!

Here goes:

I would like to thank Elle & Melissa for making my daughter’s  Baby Shower a wonderful stress free day.

Elle was very understanding in how I wanted the Shower to proceed, even offering me some alternatives I hadn’t thought of.

From my initial Google search right down to the phone call to see how the Baby Shower went was done with finesse & professionalism.

Melissa was such a delight, she talked freely with the guests in my Mum’s little kitchen. She too showed amazing person “skills”. The food was presented beautifully. The food was fresh & everyone commented on how delicious it was, in particular the desserts!!

I am so pleased that I had decided on having the event catered for. The guests came from far away as Beechworth, Chiltern, Melton etc. To not have to worry about buying, preparing etc. made the day my daughter could spend with her family & friends so much more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend Moreish Catering to anyone.

Hi Kylie,

What a wonderful email. I was at home basking in the sun and having some delicious left overs when the mobile phone beeped. Your timing was impeccable as we were commenting on the chefs and waitresses and how well you all did. Then I read your email and I was so beside myself and also proud that we were able to have such an impact in the way that we did. We take it for granted just how we are with people in general, friends and family and even with strangers. But to get that response from you meant so much to me personally and my wife was quite emotional as well. It’s wonderful to know that just doing that little bit extra can have an enormous impact on someone. All of you were delightful and just made an amazing impression in your own way on the event. When we remember the day or talk about it in the future, you can also be proud knowing that we will be mentioning the staff that came to help out and create such a wonderful and hospitable ambience that really complimented the way we are. So from all of us, thank you for your kind wishes and we hope that some day our paths will cross again.
