Well the day finally came and before we knew it, it was over. So often this is the case when the event turns out to be a success right from the very first minute – you just don’t want it to end. I cannot tell you just how many guests were so delighted with the way they were being pampered and spoilt. The food and desserts can only be described as signature dishes that just made everyone’s appetite even more insatiable with every mouthful. Elle, your impact on the event will long be remembered and your staff complimented the image that we had envisaged when we first spotted your company on the internet. Meeting you before the event just gave us the reassurance that we needed as your experience was so evident. Thank you so much for your professionalism, attention to detail and for delivering such a breathtaking menu. The Christening celebration of our daughter Maria will be an occasion which we will savour for many years. For the most part, we have you to thank for that.
