$120.00 each (for the first 4 hours then $30.00 per hour per staff there after).  
Chef hours include set up, briefing, cooking and cleaning.
Recommendation: 1 Chef per 30-40 guests.

Waitresses & Staff

Waitresses $100.00 each (for the first 4 hours then $25.00 per hour per staff there after).
Staff hours include set up, briefing, serving and cleaning.
Recommendation:  1 staff member per 30-40 guests.

Additional staff would be required should you require beverages to be served.
