60th Birthday, 30th Birthday, Red Hill

Had a joint celebration last night – my 60th and my son’s 30th. Elle and her team from MoreISH did the catering and waitering for our 140 guests and I have to say we were all blown away with the elegant presentation, the quality and flavours of the food and the friendly manner in which her wait staff served it to our friends. We chose eight different canapés and two bowl food dishes. They were all fabulous so I shouldn’t play favourites but the Caramelised sticky pork belly served on a crispy wonton and the Caramelised pumpkin, rocket and pine nuts on a crispy wonton with a dollop of tangy aioli were to die for. To top it all off, when Elle and her team left at ~12:30am, the kitchen was spotless with every dish and glass washed and packed away. The only work we had to do was tidy up the glassware our late night revellers used into the wee hours of the morning. To sum up, Elle was highly professional and very friendly to work with. MoreISH catering will be my caterer of first choice from now on and I may even do a 61st Birthday just to taste their high class food again. Better still, anyone else out there looking for the best caterer on the Peninsula get MoreISH catering to do the food and drink and invite me. Thanks Elle Phil & Rowan
